TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MAKING RESERVATIONS, PAYMENTS AND
CANCELLATIONS FOR GROUPS AND INDIVIDUALS, CHARTERS, GALAPAGOS
PACKAGES AND CRUISES, YEAR 2010-2011
RESERVATIONS
Before making confirmations, be sure to check on
availability, departures, fees and itineraries.
In order that your reservation be considered valid, you must send it
in written form by fax or e-mail. Include the full name of the
person, nationality, passport number, route and any other type of
special requirement such as diet, allergies or VIP. A reservation is
considered confirmed after a minimum deposit has been made and
reconfirmed when the payment is completed.
YACHTS AND GALAPAGOS PACKAGES OPERATED BY GALACRUISES (Air
tickets to/from Galapagos must be issued by Amazon Wildlife Inc- Air
fares could be modified, without previous notice; a penalty of USD
40.- p.p will be included if tickets will not be issued by Amazon
Wildlife Inc)
PAYMENTS FOR INDIVIDUAL PASSENGERS (FITs)

To assure space, all reservations require a
minimum deposit of 20% per person

Reservations made max. 120 days before the
departure of the tour:
A deposit must be paid until 8 days after the date of the
reservation.
The balance is required 60 days before the departure of the
tour.

Reservations made 119 to 60 days before the
departure of the tour:
A deposit must be paid immediately.
The balance is required 60 days before the departure of the
tour.

Reservations made 59 days to 1 day before the
departure of the tour.
Total payment is required immediately.
For double sharing cabins, we will apply the normal rate in
double but we do not guarantee that those passengers will share
with male or female. Please ask for help in case of any special
requirement.
